• We may apply age verification across the wider vaping range, including zero-nicotine products, where this supports responsible retailing.
• We may use age verification tools before or after checkout, and we may cancel or refuse orders where lawful age cannot be confirmed.
• You must not purchase on behalf of, or supply products to, anyone below the legal age.

• Vape products are intended for adult smokers and adult vapers only. They are not intended for children, non-smokers, or use contrary to manufacturer guidance or UK law.
• We aim to describe products, nicotine strengths, flavours, ingredients, allergens, images, and device specifications as accurately as possible.
• Packaging, branding, ingredients, warnings, and minor visual details may vary between production batches or manufacturers. You should review the product packaging before use or consumption.

• An order is accepted only when payment has been authorised, any required checks have been completed, and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled lawfully and from available stock.
• We may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel orders where fraud concerns, age verification failures, stock issues, unusual ordering patterns, operational limits, delivery coverage issues, or pricing errors are identified.
• We are not obliged to honour a clearly incorrect price caused by error.

• Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major debit and credit cards, PayPal, portable card payment systems, and other supported services.
• Not all payment options are available on every order, and options may vary depending on basket contents, provider rules, delivery method, or verification status.
• Payments are processed by approved providers. We do not store full card details on this website.
• Orders may still be subject to fraud screening, manual review, or age verification before dispatch or handover.

• You are responsible for using products in accordance with manufacturer instructions and all relevant safety guidance.
• We accept no responsibility for misuse, unauthorised modification, inappropriate charging, incorrect coil installation, unsuitable battery pairings, unsafe sub-ohm use, or use after a product appears damaged or unsafe.
• You should stop using any product that appears faulty, damaged, leaking, overheating, contaminated, expired, or otherwise unsafe.

• We reserve the right to carry out additional checks where fraud, proxy purchasing, chargeback abuse, false information, or other misuse is suspected.
• We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, refuse future purchases, or dispute chargebacks where we believe activity is dishonest, unsafe, or unlawful.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Plug Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, purchase of goods, temporary service disruption, or delay outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, courier disruption, payment system issues, supply chain interruption, staffing availability, technical incidents, or regulatory action.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
