Where required by law, nicotine-containing vaping products sold by us are supplied in line with UK rules that govern consumer vape products, including product notification, product standards, packaging, warnings, and supply restrictions.

Where notification is required, relevant nicotine-containing e-cigarettes and e-liquids must be notified to and published by the MHRA before supply in Great Britain.

• Maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml where the product falls within the applicable UK framework
• Maximum refill container size of 10ml for nicotine-containing e-liquid where required
• Maximum pod, cartridge, or tank volume of 2ml for nicotine-containing liquid where required

Single-use or disposable vapes are not supplied by Cloud Plug Ltd where their sale or supply is prohibited. Reusable vape products must be rechargeable, refillable or use replaceable containers, and have replaceable coils where required by the applicable rules.

Nicotine-containing vape products are for adults aged 18 and over only. We also apply responsible retail controls across the wider vaping range where this supports safe and lawful trading.

Where food, drink, or other convenience products are sold, we aim to provide accurate information, but customers should always review product packaging, ingredients, allergens, dates, and manufacturer instructions before use or consumption. Cloud Plug Ltd cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent manufacturer-related cross-contamination.

We source products through suppliers and brands that are expected to meet applicable UK compliance, authenticity, and traceability requirements. Product packaging, ingredients, labelling, or warnings may change between batches.

• Use devices only with suitable batteries, chargers, coils, pods, and e-liquids
• Follow manufacturer instructions and stop using any product that appears damaged, leaking, overheating, contaminated, expired, or unsafe
• Keep nicotine products, batteries, devices, and small parts away from children and pets
• Report suspected adverse reactions or product safety concerns to the relevant manufacturer, regulator, or support channel where appropriate

Vape devices, batteries, chargers, pods with electrical components, and other electrical items should not be placed in general household waste. They should be taken to an appropriate battery, vape, or WEEE collection point.

Where retailer take-back duties apply, returned vape electrical waste and batteries should be handled through appropriate recycling channels. Used pods, bottles, packaging, and other consumable parts should be disposed of responsibly in line with local authority guidance and product-specific instructions.

If a product is recalled, withdrawn, or subject to a safety notice, we may contact affected customers where reasonably possible and provide further instructions.
