We do not accept student cards or non-UK driving licences for age verification. Digital ID is accepted only where a supported verification provider is made available by Cloud Plug Ltd.
Failure to Verify, Proxy Purchasing, and Risk Monitoring
If we cannot verify your age to our satisfaction, your order may be delayed, cancelled, refused, or returned to us.
Cloud Plug Ltd also monitors for suspicious behaviour such as mismatched billing and delivery details, repeated failed verification attempts, unusual ordering patterns, or signs of proxy purchasing.
Proxy Purchasing Is Prohibited
You must not buy vaping products on behalf of anyone under 18. Suspected proxy purchasing may lead to cancellation of the order, refusal of future sales, and further action where appropriate.
Refunds, redelivery, and delivery charges after a failed age check are handled in line with the Delivery, Returns & Refunds policy and your statutory rights.
